VIAC assist with registration matters, such as creating Google Forms, collating attendance, and disseminating information to the participants (usually through Google Space)

VIAC will get the endorsement letter from the beneficiary on the volunteers’ behalf. The VIA Unit will then help to key in their names and endorse their hours.

Increased convenience / efficiency:
- All administrative processes on ISP will be done by VIA councillors.
- Communication will have already been established with the beneficiary by VIAC.
Beneficiaries on the list are generally very keen to work with HC students.

Cons

Limited flexibility:
- Fixed list of beneficiaries.
- Dates and locations of CIP are limited.
