Fill in the Individual CIP Consent form and upload on ISP before volunteering.

VIAC assist with registration matters, such as creating Google Forms, collating attendance, and disseminating information to the participants (usually through Google Space)

VIAC will get the endorsement letter from the beneficiary on the volunteers’ behalf. The VIA Unit will then help to key in their names and endorse their hours.
